Coaching for experts, executives and entrepreneurs at a turning point — new role, new country, new chapter. I help you navigate this transition, grounded in what you actually want.
My name is Darya. I work with experts, executives and entrepreneurs navigating a shift in life's context — stepping into a new role, moving to a new country, or rebuilding a career. I know this territory well — I've lived it myself.
I've spent more than ten years in management and business. I started in HR at a government organization, then moved into operations at a startup that grew into a unicorn and made the LinkedIn Top Startups UK list. Today I'm Administrative Director of a company where I built the processes and operating model from scratch. Along the way, I also moved countries twice — first to Germany, later to China.
As responsibility grew, I asked myself simple questions — what do I actually want — less and less often. Coaching brought that habit back, and now I help others reclaim it too.
My education shaped how I coach today. I started with cultural heritage management, where I learned to work with meanings that aren't on the surface. Then came HR management, psychology, and law at Germany's HS Schmalkalden. In sessions, the two come together: I see the structure of the client's situation as an HR practitioner, while also hearing what's underneath the words. Clients often say it's the metaphor or image that surfaces in conversation that finally lets them clearly name what they'd long felt but couldn't put into words.

Beyond my core education, I attend specialized webinars and trainings with practicing experts.
I regularly attend supervision and I’m in personal therapy myself — and I’ll keep doing both for as long as I practice.

For a specific question or decision you need to make right now.
I believe in long-term work. Clarity isn’t a flash of insight — it’s a structure that builds gradually: session by session, the scattered takes shape and decisions find their footing. That’s why my approach centres on a programme: formats that give this process the time it needs to unfold.
